I have always wanted a 1967 Chevelle. The 396 SS model was the car of choice. The one of my dreams was Cherry Red with a black vinyl roof (don't know why, just like those roofs). Add buckets and a Muncie four speed with a 4:11 posi-trac and it is the car of my dreams.
Well about 5 years ago I moved to a little community called Pitt Meadows. We are a suburb of Vancouver BC, Canada. About once a week on my way to work, as I fueled up I see a 67 Pontiac Beaumont Sports Deluxe. It is a teal color with tinted windows and etchings on the window glass. A very nice car. The license plates read "Bad Bo". The more I saw this car the more I started liking the Beaumont. In doing some research I found that the Beaumont was produced in far smaller numbers than it's sister car, the Chevelle, and also importently, only in Canada. On any given weekend summer day I can probably see between 6 to 12 Chevelles cruising the local circuit. Seldom will a 67 Beaumont be seen.

I started to look for a Beaumont for myself.  The car below is what I came up with.
